Hairstyle for a scene kid that grew up?

I was one of those scene kids with the crazy hair back when it was still original. Now i am 29 and although I still love all the different hairstyles and crazy colors I need to be more mature about things and look like an adult. The problem is that I am so bored with my hair now. It is shoulder length medium blonde hair with some layers in the top and a long side bang. I have a heart shape face and pretty features. I have a really young face and don't want to look like I am a 16 year old kid. Does anyone have a good hairstyle that would be fun and interesting without looking like a kid? No black hair, no crazy different colors, but still cute and age appropriate.

here's me...it doesn't really show my hair and it is from a costume party LOL anyway it will give you a better idea what I look like.

And yes I do love myself:-P

Update 2:

do you think this would look good on me?

I would say that your current style sounds good. Maybe get brown or plum for the underneath and get the top layers and/or bangs cut sjhorter so you can spike your hair should you so wish.

a long asymmetrical is always fun and can still be age appropriate. You could pull a darker blonde through the longer side to add a slight bit of drama, or even a red at your same level.

    Cute

Simple... (ask your hairstyles to perm your hair like that)

    No crazy colors

You could cut it short, spike it in back, leave it longer along the sides and front.
