Which is better.... Guitar Hero World Tour or Rock Band?
Kids (17 & 13yrs old) are begging for us to get one , one wants the Guitar Hero version the other the Rock Band version....Anyone out there that has played both care to comment on which you liked better and why? Console (if it matters) is the XBox 360

OK OK OK.. enough of the REAL GUITAR answers, they both play other instraments but we are trying to decide which game is better, so if you havent played either one and have an opionion on the GAME.. then please dont post. Thanks

World Tour has better songs and the music quality of Guitar Hero is all around better than rockband. Now that Guitar Hero comes with drums and a microphone (if you want to pay $179), I would go that way. Don't laugh, but I'm 39 and have asked Santa for it myself :)

Learning how to play the guitar for real. Spending years and years in solitude practising and getting better and better. Then jamming on stage one day with the guy who inspired you to learn just a few months before he passes away.
That's better than any game. I can tell you.

the one with the drums, mic and gutar that has something to do do with nothing, in reality, join a real rockband with ur friends.
