How To Get Back At A Mean Neighbor?
I leave before my mom, and come home before her. So obviously I can't park in the driveway at night because then my mom would have to park behind me, and I need to leave before her.
Well my neighbor doesn't want me to park on the street because it's "too hard for him to back in to his driveway." I've seen him whip his truck in there WHILE I WAS PARKED ON THE STREET and he didn't seem to have any problems.
Now the psycho is parking his truck in my spot so I can't park there. He sets his alarm clock for 1:30 in the morning, THEN moves his truck in to his driveway, just so I can't park on the street.
I'm looking for really mean, completely LEGAL ways to get back at him; just irritating ways to annoy the crap out of him. I'm already going to report him to the city for feeding wildlife, his cats (unleashed and unregistered) and for junk visible from our house. But I want some really annoying things that will make him think twice about messing with me. Thanks in advance!

Why don't you and your mother work on a way for you to park off to the side of your own driveway on your own yard/property and forget the game playing because that stuff has a way of biting you back. Like nails in the street. for example, can bounce where you don't see them and end up in your own tires. Or him having a camera set to catch you doing damage to his care and you ending up in court to pay damages. You could also approach the problem like an adult i.e. you and your mom ask him where on the street that you could park that won't block his vision. Sometimes just parking on the other side and/or a slot down can solve a problem like that without starting a war.

When your mother gets home from work, just move your car so you can park behind her.
After your neighbor stops parking where you want to park, start parking in the spot you want.
When he starts taking your parking spot again, go back to moving your car so you can park behind your mother (and keep this up).
Eventually he will get tired of getting up at 1:30 and just ignore where you park.

How big is his truck? I thought it was illegal to park a big truck on the street or even drive one off the main roads. If it’s a big truck check if its breaking your local laws and report that aswell.
Oops…I’m guilty of feeding the wildlife too ~:o/

Just leave the guy alone and forget about it. If you do something then the situation might escalate. And all of this for what? Arguing over some parking issue? Don't sweat the small stuff. This is why most of the trouble starts in the world. It starts over small disputes and grows bigger and bigger like cancer. And why be passive agressive about it if you want to get back at him? Why try to annoy him? Why not just be tough and confront the guy face to face once and for all if it is bothering you so much?

I would do like one girl here says, park in his driveway with a note that says you'll move when he does. Let the cops come then explain your side and I'm sure they'll side with you-if in fact, he can back in just fine.

Since a street is public property there isn't anything you can do. Why not park in a different part of the street and knock it off.
This seems like a petty thing to be upset about when there are worse things going on in the world. So the guy is a jerk. Don't stoop to his level or waste the court's time with stupid nonsense.

That's not a very mature way to handle it.
Go talk to him. It's your right to park there, and there's nowhere else for you to park (or so it seems). He, on the otherhand, has a nice driveway to put his truck in. Tell him not to back into it, just to pull in forward.
Or park in his driveway and leave a note like "I'll move mine when you move yours". If the cops come, you probably won't get in trouble, and that way you can tell them what's going on.

why cant you just park across the street or in a diffrent spot? so the guys a jerk, dont play immature games with him. be the bigger person and park somewhere else. like someone already said, dont get down to his level

it would be an aw full shame if some1 was to wake up n find they can't go anywhere cos they go punctured Tyre's!
Seriously though, a mouse through the letter box
a mysterious advert in the for sale section of the paper
i think it is only illegal to block someone if they are parked in their driveway. I would seriously check 1t but i don't think there is a law about blocking an empty drive. please check.
failing that, invite loads of people round with cars n you cant move them because you are all over th legal drink drive limit
