The Pro comes with a 60GB hard drive, the HD-AV component video cable, a headset and one wireless controller. It also comes with 2 games - LEGO Indiana Jones and Kung Fu Panda. I think you may also get a few XBox Arcade games as well, but I'm not sure.

All 360s can play DVD movies, and upscale them up to 1080p if you're using the HD-AV cable or HDMI cable.

Like all 360s, you can go online and connect to Xbox Live. A Silver account is free, and allows you access to the market place where you can download demos, new games, additional content (like extra maps for Halo3) and even TV shows and movies. A Gold account costs $50/year, and includes all the features of Silver plus allowing you to play against friends online.

Also, when you go online, your 360 will ask to upgrade to The New Xbox Experience (NXE). NXE is a new interface for your 360 including 3d avatars (look like the Mii's from Nintendo Wii) If you have a Gold subscription, NXE will allow you to stream movies from your Netflix account. (you must have both a Gold subscription AND a Netflix account to use this feature.)

All 360s can also stream music and other files from your PC if you're using Windows' Media Extender, which is part of Vista and available for free from Microsoft if you're still running XP. You will need to have your PC and 360 on the same network for this to work, though, and only certain file types are supported. Check the manual for more details about this feature.
