"Hi".....I live in Vancouver so I phoned the Four Seasons for you actually !
This culinary delight (*lol*) is also on their Lounge menu as well and is served from 11.30 a.m. to midnight !
The cost "all day" is $ 18.00 Canadian (eighteen) and I should add that the nice lady I talked to said it was absolutely delicious ! *lol*
By the way the Four Seasons is easily accesible by Sky Train and also has underground and Valet parking at the hotel...just in case you didn't know.

Dining at YEW is like shopping for a Rolls Royce - if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it in the first place. I would expect that the price tag on that particular appy is around 25 or 30 dollars.
(The Mandalay in Vegas serves a black truffle burger that goes for about 75 bucks US.)
