how do i fix up a big tshirt that i have to wear?

i got a shirt that i have to wear for work on black friday (i work at journeys) and its unisex so even the small is huge, i want to do something to it to make it a tighter fit, or low cut, anythign so that i dont look like im wearing a tent :)

    roll up the sleeves and tie it in the back, wear a cami under it

    What all the girls at my school do, is they have a t-shirt that's really long on them, and they take a hair tie that matches the color, and bunch it up on the side or in the back like they're making a ponytail in the bottom of their shirt, and they take the hair tie and tie it where they want the shirt to sit and however tight they want it...

    You can also roll the sleeves up if they're long...

    when i have a shirt like those i pull it up with a rubber band and pull it up or you can cut it a different form

    tie it up so dat u the shirt is not covering your pants

    JUST TIE IT UP IN THE BACK!! OR CUT THE SIDES AND TIE THEM TOGETHER!!
