If you are associated with the military, then you can go to the Navy Exchange at Pearl Harbor, they have 2 women who do black hair. You can go to Reyvon in Pearl City, there is a guy named Lloyd who does hair. I go to Regis Salon in Kapolei to get my hair done. Email me if you want to know more about these places.

There's Paul Brown Hair Salon in Ward, by Borders.
Salon Bobbi & Guy is also in Ward.
I'm just assuming you're living in town.
