controlling turkey farm smell?

Question

I'm getting married next august and i'm considering doing an outdoor tented reception at home.  the only thing stopping me from comitting to this idea fully is that there is a turkey farm near our house and in the summer the turkey farm smell floats over and invades our yard.  Does anyone know if there's anything that can be done on my part to combat or disguise this smell?  the last thing i want is for my reception to smell like overpowering turkey poo!

Relocation will help you to avoid that smell. Just watch for the cow, chicken, and other types of  farms in your neighborhood. Keep away from the farms if the smell get on your nerves.

I can't think of anything except a huge barrier and you probably wouldn't be able to make it high enough. HD was right about God providing a wind constantly all day and you don't want it windy and I'm not sure God does that for people. I'd suggest telling people that you want to have a reception but you don't have an outdoor setting for it and maybe some faithful friend with a nice yard might volunteer theirs. You'd just have to show graditude for the favor by making sure any mess left was thoroughly cleaned up or invite people that will volunteer to clean up the mess. Do people like that exist?

Move, there is nothing except a constant wind from God that will help keep the smell away. Where you have smelled this often and are thinking of ways to hide the smell people who do not smell this often will smell it over anything you try to use.
