The Flying Spaghetti Monster.
The idea is, if Creation can be taught in public Schools, so can the Flying Spaghetti Monster, since they are both religious stories.
Here is where it was created:

The Flying Spaghetti Monster (FSM) is a deity created as a satirical protest to the decision by the Kansas State Board of Education to require the teaching of intelligent design as an alternative to biological evolution. The FSM is the deity of the parody religion[1][2] The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster,[3] founded in 2005 by Bobby Henderson. Since the intelligent design movement used ambiguous references to an unspecified 'Intelligent Designer' to avoid court rulings prohibiting the teaching of creationism as a science, this presumably left open the possibility that any imaginable thing could fill that role.

He Who Shall Not Be Named!
Nevertheless, to elaborate, He Who Shall Not Be Named came out of a debate in Missouri over whether or not to teach Creation in public schools. Some clever individual wrote a letter to the Board of Education, saying that if Biblical Creation was going to be taught in public schools, then he wanted his theory to be taught in public school, too.
This person is the founder of our religion. He was the first to perceive the existence of the FSM--He Who Shall Not Be Named.
The FSM brought the entire universe into being with his/her/its noodly appendages. This is the truth as we understand it, and our voice deserves to be heard in the classroom, alongside the Evolutionists and the Creationists!
Praises be to the FSM!

FSM (Flying Spaghetti Monster) is like a metaphor atheists use to explain how ridiculous it is to believe in a god. You should search youtube for it, Richard Dawkins will explain it to ya.
