My dog is sick what can I do?
Ever since I got home from vacation my dog has been acting strange. Today she peed and pooped in my bed which she NEVER does which makes me think that she is sick. Also, I just gave her her flea and tick medication so I know it takes 2 days before the vet can administer her any medicine bc she is only 7lbs. Is there anything I could do for her to determine whats wrong or make her feel better until I can take her to the vet on Friday??
she had a friend stay here and take care of her while i was away she wasnt alone at all

Only a qualified vet can give you proper advice. It sounds like your dog is sick - did this happen after the flea meds? They may have made her sick. You have to be VERY careful with flea medications, some of them are dangerous.
Write down the behavioral / health issues you've observed and call the vet and tell them. Ask if this should wait or not. My vet always tells me to come in immediately if they think that's best.

First, I don't think your dog is sick. I think your dog is stressed. You said you were gone and just got home. Marking your bed with feces or urine is a display of dominance. She is trying to tell someone that you are hers and your not gonna leave her. So she is gonna spread her scent on everything that smells like you. The bed has a lot of scent from us because we usually have little clothes on in there and the body oils get on the sheets and blankets creating a heavy scent of us. Even if she went with you or not, she is sending a signal that you and the bed are hers. If you need more advice I would check out Caesar Milan, the dog whisperer.

If you really think your dog is sick, and not just having a digestive problem from something that you fed her, you need to take her to the vet now, not wait until Friday.

Were you around any other dogs when you went away? If you were she probably smells their scent and feels threatend so she is determined to mark her territory. I think just show her that you still care about her and show her lots of love. Hope i helped

some of the toy dogs are spiteful and she may be doing this for leaving her.
Even if you had someone stay at your house it wasn't "mom" or "dad" that was there and now you may be getting her retaliation.
