    I believe the answer is (C), by the Central Limit Theorem (though the sample size is awfully small for invoking this result).

    P(14.75 < xbar < 15.1) = P((14.75-15)/(0.15/√4) < (xbar-μ)/(σ/√N) < (15.1 - 15)/(0.15/√4))

    = P(-3.3333 < Z < 1.3333)

    = N_Z(1.3333) - N_Z(-3.3333)

    = .908783 - .000429

    = .9084 (rounded to 4 digits)
