Typing in Hebrew without the OS disk?

I have a laptop given to me by my university, so I don't have the Windows disk for it and I'd like to install the Hebrew language files so I can type in Hebrew. How can I do that without the disk? Does anyone know a way?

    Aryeh's URL is a last resort.

    Ask the guy in charge of your network to install the files for you.

    Or bring in an original CD from home.

    Or, if you can identify the files you need, ask me and I'll send them to you.

    Will the university permit you to install from your own CD?

    If so, follow Annt Hu's advice.
