All you need to know to get the proper drivers is the make and model. Download the drivers from the pc mfg site.

You can find the brand and model number on the motherboard itself.
For that you need to look at your motherboard and look for the manufacturer name.

press return key
asked yes/no,click no
You will get all the information of your computer hardware that you want including sound , video card, mother board, bla bla bla
