Yes. You are not eating enough calories, and you are not nutritionally balanced. Your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to all the fat stores that you have and your metabolism will slow down. If you are eating this little to lose weight I suggest you reevaluate your weight loss plan with your doctor.

If you continue to eat this little you will have serious medical problems. You should eat more in the morning and afternoon as this is the food that fuel you for the whole day.

ADD: Tap water in the US is perfectly safe and has to undergo more testing than bottled water. Bottled water is bad for the environment. Waste and all the resources used to transport it.

yes. you are sorely lacking veggies in your diet. Also pile on the raw nuts and seeds. Lots of different kinds (not just walnuts)

Remember if weight gain is your issue, it is a well known fact that eating snacks throughout the day is the best way to keep your metabolism fast. Also you will not gain weight from veggies so eat lots and lots of them. Again variation is the key. Dont get into a rut where you only eat the same things day in and day out.

Also make sure you have berries in your diet. They have powerful antioxidants in them that you need to stay healthy.

And you didnt mention how much water you are drinking. You need approx 2 liters a day (of good clean NON-TAP water) if you are NOT drinking coffee, more if you are. Coffee sucks nutrients and water from your body in general and dehydrates your heart first. So be careful.

Also meat has proteins in it that we just cant get elsewhere, so its not the enemy. Keep to organic whenever possible with all your foods. Your body NEEDS proteins and nutrients that you can only get from your food. If you dont supply these your body WILL NOT work right and you will find yourself with MAJOR problems.
