Default to maximized windows in Vista?
A friend just upgraded from XP to Vista and has a problem... Tons of applications keep opening in small windows. He wants everything he launches to default to maximized windows which fill the screen.
I've tried helping him by maximizing browser windows, control panel etc then closing them so they'll re-open maximized but within a few minutes of using the computer, something eventually something opens in a small window and closing that resets the default to small windows.
Is there an option somewhere to force everything to open maximized? Thanks!

Dont know if this works on vista but on xp you simply maximise the page and then hold the control key down and exit at the same time.

i assume you advise your browser window? Open the browser (IE.7/8, Firefox etc.). Drag the window to the ideal left of your computer screen. flow the mouse pointer/cursor to the backside genuine of the browser window. while the cursor turns right into a double headed arrow ( ?), drag it to the backside genuine of your computer screen and enable flow. close the browser. once you open it returned, that is going to be finished computer screen?
