I just recently upgraded my HP Pavilion p6710f with a Phenom II X4 965 to replace the Athlon... However now HP's factory cooling fan is just ridiculously loud! It sounds like a jet engine when gaming.

So I need a replacement AM3 cooler (not too expensive, $35 or less is fine) that fits HP's motherboard as-is. Nothing that requires removing the mobo to install a backplate, I need something that fits the existing 4 mounting holes.

Any suggestions?

I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and a Corsair 300R mid tower case. Just getting started on assembly. Would you recommend installing the motherboard into the case first, or installing the CPU and heatsink on the mobo first?

I have Torrey Smith (starting as my 2nd WR since Julio Jones is still out) but Steve Breaston is available on waivers. Should I drop Smith for Breaston or Crabtree, or stand pat? I know Breaston will be more consistent but Smith looks like a gamebreaker.

A friend is looking to replace his Toshiba laptop which has gone south. Which brand is the most reliable/best quality these days? Dell, Sony, HP or something else? Macs aren't an option since all of his software is Windows-based.

He had problems with his Toshiba Satellite, so he's not looking for another one. Suggestions?

I mean seriously... My Core 2 Duo E8400 and with the stock cooler had idle temperatures in the 40's and 59-60 doing CPU-heavy stuff.

I replaced it with an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro- now my CPU idles at 33 and it barely hits 40 under full load!!!

I mean looking at the stock cooler it *appears* to be reasonably well constructed... is the problem that it's aluminum?

I have Anquan Boldin currently starting alongside Miles Austin... But Anquan is iffy this week. Calvin Johnson is on my bench, also iffy.

Is it worth having both of Warner's other wideouts and starting whoever is healthy enough to go?

Bell wouldn't start anyway since I have Marshawn Lynch and LT starting, Sproles and Shon Greene on the bench.

Socring in this league has a twist - TE's (and only TE's) get a ppr.

So the question is... how much earlier should I pick my TE- 2nd round instead of 4th? Is it worth passing on my RB1 or WR1 to get one of the top 4? Or should I just wait knowing that the bonus makes the middle-of-the-pack guys more valuable than iffy WRs?

We can start either a WR or TE in this flex spot.

I'm looking for a free program that can perform a complete system backup (registry, apps, everything- like Ghost or True Image) to an external USB hard drive. Any suggestions?

I don't need fancy options like selective/incremental backup or the ability to restore individual files- just something to take a snapshot of an entire drive and restore it. Preferably it should run from a bootable CD.

Both are tough run defenses, I'm leaning towards Gore but he's been somewhat disappointing the past few weeks.

Which one to start??

A friend just upgraded from XP to Vista and has a problem... Many times he launches programs, small windows appear. He wants everything he launches to default to maximized windows which fill the screen.

I've tried helping him by maximizing browser windows, control panel etc then closing them so they'll re-open maximized but within a few minutes of using the computer, something eventually something opens in a small window and closing that resets the default to small windows.

Is there an option somewhere to force everything to open maximized?

OK, I've gotta pick up a QB this week and I'll have to drop a WR to make it happen. I've got Marvin Harrison, Eddie Royal, Santa Moss, Kevin Curtis and Donte Stallworth. So clearly it comes down to dropping Curtis or Stallworth. Which one would you drop- who's likely to be the better fantasy performer for the rest of this season?
