Pecan Pie trouble....please help!?

I'm suppose to make a pecan pie for thanksgiving tomorrow. My problem is the recipe I have calls for 3 eggs and I only have one. I can't get to the store right now and I want to make it now. Is there a substitue I can use for the eggs? I don't have egg beaters either. Thanks in advance for your help.

Update:

My neighbors are gone for the holidays or else I would ask them. Thank you all for your responses. I guess I'll just have to wait for my husband to come home so I can run to the store.

If you have one of these, you're in business. These substitutes are PER egg.

2 1/2 tablespoons of powdered egg substitute plus 2 1/2 tablespoons water

OR 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute

OR 1/4 cup silken tofu pureed

    OR 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

OR half a banana mashed with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

OR 1 tablespoon powdered flax seed soaked in 3 tablespoons water

    Happy Thanksgiving!

If you want that pie to set up and not be runny when you cut into it, you need all 3 eggs. Borrow from a neighbor!

There is actually an "egg-free" pecan pie recipe, if you wanna try that. I don't know how good it is, but hey, it's worth a shot, right?

    Hope I helped.

yup, I agree, run to your neighbors and ask if you could "borrow" a couple of eggs. Then bake them some cookies or something the next day and take it over as a thank you.

Ask your neighbor for 2 eggs. You win!
