At 350 degrees
this is the pound range and hours it takes to cook them:
lbs of turkey----------no stuffing ----------with stuffing
18 to 22---------------- 3½ to 4-------------- 4½ to 5
Don't overcook but also you can use an oven bag to keep the moisture in and prevent a dry turkey.
