A holiday thought for my sister...would you care to comment?
Sitting with my kids around
old traditions, somehow new,
tears are pooling in my eyes,
my heart calls out to you.
Laughter filling up my house,
singing, dancing too,
an almost perfect holiday -
my heart cries out for you.
So you are there, and I am here,
just know that this is true -
no matter where you live your life,
my heart will be with you.

I think she is quit lucky to be your sister, and the poem tells a lot about your personalty.
The poem, is very enjoyable despite its sad tone. It shows you still holding to your own method of wording in simplicity, and its effective on the reader.
Happy Thanksgiving day, my friend! Enjoy your family (and friends) gathering, include the virtual friends (on the poetry ring) and that 'd make it a feast!

That is beautiful really.
This season makes me so sad yet im also filled with unbelievable happiness. I think most of us feel that way. Think about the old times as kids then remember where you are today.
This time of the year brings it out for most of us and that poem even more so. It really shines how alot of us feel this season =)
