What new Magic the Gathering keyword would you make?
MtG has quite a few thematic abilities. They began with the basics, such as flying and first strike, and now release several new abilities every set, such as Wither or Hellbent. However, they haven't explored all the assets of Magic by a long shot. What types of abilities would you make? What conditions would you explore? Include the ability's name, a description of what it does/how it works, and an example card or two.
Reflexes
A Reflexes ability is a powerful activated ability that has the additional requirement that the creature be the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls.
Use the format below to make things easy to read.
Underhollow Banshee 2BB
Creature--Spirit
Reflexes--If ~ is the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, you may pay BB. If you do, target player sacrifices a creature.

Goblin Boom Krew 2RR
Artifact Creature--Goblin
Reflexes--If ~ is the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, you may sacrifice it. If you do, deal 5 damage to target creature.
Morph--sacrifice a land.

I really like the reflexes ability. It is very flavorful, and it can catch players unawares, as the untap cost ability already does. In addition, it can be balanced, and it doesn’t have to benefit the creature, either. Very good.
A keyword I’d like to see in Magic? Pact. Remember the cycle of pacts in Future sight? I’d like a new keyword that allows you to play the card without paying its mana cost, and then make you pay the mana cost a turn later, else you lose the game.
Examples
Pact of Negation 3UU [Rare]
Instant
Counter target spell.
Pact – 3UU (You may play ~ without paying its mana cost. At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay 3UU. If you don’t, you lose the game.)
I really like the interaction between the cycle of Pacts and cards that prevent you from losing, such as Platinum Angel. The keyword Pact may be too overpowered, but I’d still like to see it in print someday.
My favorite MTG Expansion is Future Sight. I love the whole futureshifted card frame, and I’d love to see them back someday, and though I suspect that they will never print cards with that frame in the near future, I remain ever hopeful.
Hope that Helped!

I would make
Explosion
Sacrifice one of your creatures to do tat amount of damage to target creature or player.
Plosion Writhe 2BB
Artifact Creature--Alien Wizard
Explosion--Sacrifice one land and you can sacrifice one of your creatures and do that damage to target creature or play.
