Please comment on what needs to be improved?

I just found it in one my my old piles of notes...

I felt a sudden sadness last night

Unexplainable it was

I weeped till I lost my breath

for my lost hopes and regrets

I was alone when it happened

It happened for I was alone

No one caring for my soul

No one caring at all

I was disappointed with myself

I figured that it was all my fault

I made all the wrong decisions

In life and in thought
