Why can't I upload files to any websites?
Whenever I try to upload files to websites, such as Flickr, Ebay, etc., I click browse, and then the web browser freezes up. This happens for every web browser I have installed. I have tried it in Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE and on multiple websites, and the browser always freezes up when the browsing window comes up. I honestly have no idea what to do now. I have already scanned for viruses and spyware and removed everything, ran a cleanup of temp. files, cookies, etc. I have done everything I know of to do. What can I do now? I'm assuming its a problem in explorer. Any help would be great!

By the way, the entire F.A.Q. section starts here: http://www.flickr.com/help/faq/
Try the other sites F.A.Q. too, they should guide you
Hope this helps

Hi, my name's Cody, and I'm working with the Windows Media Outreach Team to help answer questions that folks might have about their Windows Media software.
If you're using Windows to try and upload your pictures to Flickr, I'd recommend downloading the Windows Live Photo Gallery, which is totally free to download.
You can download it at http://photogallery.live.com,/ so go check it out!
Not only will this program make your files easy to organize, it'll also let you publish pictures on Flickr simply by right-clicking on a picture, clicking on "More Services", and then clicking "Publish on Flickr."
There's an initial one-time setup that takes place in your browser where you give the program your login information, but after that, it'll automatically log you in, and you shouldn't need to rely on your browser again. If your photo upload simply won't work in your browser, try giving Windows Live Photo Gallery a shot.
I hope this was helpful. Good luck, and have fun uploading your pictures!
Cheers,
Cody

ok, so once you're finished modifying the image, you're able to do this in a minimum of two techniques: a million. flow to report --> save as.., and then when you opt for the folder you will save your report in and variety the report call, look on the sector immediately below the place you variety the report call. click the arrow to the final suited in this field, and scroll down till you hit upon JPEG. opt for JPEG, and click save. then you somewhat could confirm what high quality/length you opt for your report to be (extra efficient high quality = larger length, decrease high quality = smaller length), and press ok. 2. in basic terms press CTRL+Shift+S, and do as defined above. Tip: make effective you ordinarily save your image as a Photoshop report (.PSD) besides as JPEG if there is any danger you would be modifying the image later. while the .PSD report saves the layers, consequences, paths and so on. used in the report, the JPEG merges all this into one layer and no paths or consequences. this means that upon beginning a JPEG report, you will consistently have in basic terms a million layer and subsequently no danger of undoing/redoing the outcomes/adjustments you have added from the unique image.
