Bombay terror the greatest failure on the part of Government of India and a sucess for NSG?

Yes Its the Greatest success of our Greatest NSG.

A lots of Hats of to our NSG, Maharashtra Police and Army and total defence service.

But I think the terroris act may be supported by our politicians itself because our politicians do anything for money they dont worry for the life of the others so I expect the hands of our politicians in this terrorist act.

They dont care for the country they want to make money at any cost so even the politicians can help the terrorist is what I think.

No & Yes.The NSG is a part of the Government,they get paid salaries from the government coffers.The NSG cannot act on its own until the government doesn`t want it to,they need clearance from the government.so NO it is not true entirely to say the government failed because they realized that the local police was not capable enough to deal with the situation,hence the NSG was called.YES,we can say that HATS OFF to the NSG for securing back Mumbai but without the clearance of the government,I don`t think that we would have had a NSG.

Dear Learned Friends,

This is not a war against Indian Government (though it seem to be) only but the target was only innocent Indian people who love peace and co existence and has accepted this Democratic system of governance.Since centuries India was a soft target from other parts of Globe due to its nature.

NSG is only a tool in the hands of Political Government to tackle such problems like other military establishments.

Bombay, Delhi , Jaipur , Ahmadabad and other cities of India is still having the same threat of Terror and no fool proof system can be thought of except checking be a few police man of innocent man at the entry of Airports or Railways or Metro and some other Govt establishments.

I think no one even senior Officers of Govt. dealing with security issue have though of such an open armed entry into a City and such a big way and making their control room at Hotel Taj and Oberoi .

We should be innovative in getting ideas of potential threats and may spell in these columns even.
