Ever fallen in love with a fictional character?
Who and Why? Name as many as you like.
I'm nonsensically in love with Edward Cullen from Twilight. I also had a huge crush on Jesse from the Mediator series of books, and Angel and Spike from Buffy the Vampire slayer. I think it's because I have a thing for supernatural beings. I used to wish I was Buffy.
Thanks for all your answers, but don't forget to answer the second part of the question: why is is that you're in love with these particular characters. What are their qualities, or even flaws, that make you feel this way about them?
To answer Cherrystratocaster64, videogame characters count too. But still, I'd really love to know what you love about them. I love Edward Angel and Jesse because they're all brooding and seem so perfect on the outside (and oh so romantic) but are suffering from internal strife. I think it's beautiful.
Oh, yes, and they say the most random things sometimes and it's so funny. haha. Charm, good looks and a sense of humour, oh my!

fictional characters are the most easy to fall in love with because of how inhuman they can be

I've had crushes on a few characters...
-Dave the Laugh from the Georgia Nicholson series: he's sooooooo funny. Seriously, everything that comes out of his mouth makes me laugh. And he's also really sweet. I can't resist funny guys! He also really likes Georgia and keeps being her friend even though she used him to make another guy jealous. If a guy was that good of a buddy to me, I'd be thrilled.
-Dexter from This Lullaby: again, he's hilarious. And sweet. And in a band, which is like, YUM.
-Pacey from Dawson's Creek: Pacey was like the only reason I ever watched the show. He was funny and never took anything seriously, but when a friend needed help, he was so loyal and would do anything for Joey (the girl he liked). Plus he always thought that he was stupid and a loser (which he wasn't) and his complete lack of arrogance made me love him and want to give him a hug.
-Billy Costigan from The Departed: I have SUCH a thing for the tortured bad boys. And he was really hot (Leo DiCaprio looks great when he's all scruffy).

i cant name all the fictional characters i have fallen in love with, there's way to many.. im a major book worm so im constantly in love with some character, at this current point in time it would have to be stephen from indescretions

i fell in love with edward cullen also, but i am unconditionally and irrevoccably in love with jacob black! hes so cute and i feel bad how bella keeps hurting him and she is selfish enough to want him to stay with her when she is obviously hurting him by doing so but i love how in the end it all works out and jacob is like older and hotter and isnt being hurt anymore.... i think ive imprinted on him!

Alex Rider- That boy knows how to kick butt! He is sexy and smart and funny and has gorgeous hair
