How to make leftover ham "pot pies" ?

We have left over ham and leftover pie crust, and were thinking about making mini-pies using them in muffin tins, but aren't sure what all to put in them.

We have a few kinds of mustard, and some cheese... What else? I was thinking apple or pear would be good, but my mom thinks it sounds gross.

Update:

Okay, perhaps "tarts" or "hot pockets" would be a better descriptor.

For tropical style, I would go for pineapple, swiss cheese, and the ham, maybe some diced onion.

For country style, I would put in chunks of ham, carrot, onion, and some american or velveeta cheese, shredded.

For country club style :) I would dice the ham very fine, and mix it with some dijon mustard, and some shredded guyere cheese.

I personally don't like 'sweet and salty' mix but it reminds me of hawaiian pizza ham/ pineapple thing. So maybe try a biscuit or crescent roll baked w/ a ham/cheese/ pear or apple? Have fun! Many great recipes come from trying something new or different.

In my pot pies i put mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup in w the ham/turkey/chicken.

i would put ham and and cheese in cresent rolls and bake them use mustard to dip them if you want to do it that way.Add the apples or pear to a few in case you dont like it try a few out first.

I dont think it would be good for us.We wouldnt eat it.
