get BIG muscles fast.?

I am 16, male, i've been working out for maybe 3months now, i have gotten bigger, but i would like to know how many reps i should do to get bigger muscles fast and what supplements to take.

    Don't listen to these idiots. First and foremost, everything comes with hard work. Do not think in 3 months you'll get huge like Arnold.

    If you are working out 4-5 times a week and increasing weights, you have to start eating more. Eat 3000 calories a day. Using a weight gainer with 30 grams or more of protein per scoop definitely helps. Take it at least 1 gram of protein for each body pound you have, on each workout day. Cut the cardio in your workout.

    You don't need roids or supplements, just eat alot.

    If you think that after having only worked out for 3 months (and you are 16) you can some how magically get big fast without pumping roids then you obviously don't understand one of the main points of working out. The only way to get big is to slowly work your way up take some protein and creatine and give your muscles time to rebuild. That means take your time and say if you work out your biceps one day don't work out the same muscles the following day. Change it up or they won't have time to recover and therefore they will never get bigger.

    Ok i would recommend cytogainer, its a shake mix that helps with protein and lean muscle mass. Also, if you want to get bigger, you should do more weight, less reps. So if your doing 10-12 reps, just do more weight and do 6-8 reps. Look into nitric oxide too, this will help you obtain more of the nutrients in your foods, geta better pump when you workout, strength gain, and more energy when working out, i recommend plasmajet

    High protein cereal and a balanced breakfast.You don't need supplements.You don't have a lot of muscle yet to begin with until you are mid twenties.Take it slow,I have a friend who ripped his shoulder muscle off from too much weight lifting while his muscles were tired.You could see it under his skin.Try to concentrate on low impact aerobics as well like swimming,cycling and walking.Your heart will thank you.Many body builders die of heart attacks from steroids and they exercise every muscle but the heart.(Strong body ,weak engine)or (Semi tractor with riding mower engine inside).Get the picture?Besides,you can't meet girls at a sweaty gym;at least the skinny ones.They hang out at the beach or ski slope.

    you will build more muscle if you use enough weight to only be able to do from 5 to 8 reps. Your still young for supplements but if you have to then take low fat whey protein. Turkey is really good at building muscle.

    Avoid all saturated fats, Lighten up Alcohol, Carbonated Sodas and Exercise is a big help in wight loss but a good diet is the key factor in the process, You don't need steroids, just eat a lot of healthy food (Vegetables, Fruits ..etc)
