How do you grow an Asian Pear Tree from a clipping of the branch?

I need to know just about everything...

-how to clip the branch (how long, what to do with the leaves, etc.)

-which rooting hormone (if any) is needed or suggested

-what is the ideal growing environment for the rooting branch

-care procedures...

-how long it'll take

-and ANY helpful suggestions please!

    You can do this, but a lot of fruit trees are actually grafted onto a hardier root stock. Do some research and find out if the tree you are cutting from has a different root stock. Otherwise, you may have trouble with the hardiness of the plant. If you want to go ahead, here is everything you need to know:
