So far they are like Ostrich's, preferring to see nothing. Even the sitting President and his party have chosen to ignore the potential fraud being inflicted upon the electorate.

What you seem to forget is that Hawaii is upholding IT'S constitution of not releasing official birth certificates to the public. That's not Obama's fault. They've already proven his citizenship with copies, and the court will throw this out (especially considering Berg is a 9/11 conspiracy theorist who has never won a case).

I think it's foolish for you to think Obama would have been working in Washington for this long and survived a two-year campaign without this "big news" being discovered sooner.

If the people of the United States chose Bush twice I'd say they'll stick with Obama till 2012(:

Have you ever REALLY researched the true validation of citizenship per the U.S.'s relevant laws? Instead of regurgitating half-baked rabid drivel from the likes of Berg The Scammer, look at:

"8 U.S.C. 1401, Section 301 [d]" in which your question will be answered... that is, IF you believe the U.S. Government's own rulings. That 'Code' (USC = United States Code') states, among many other things, the difference between natural-born and natural-ized; and that:

*a child born to a natural-born U.S. citizen IS a natural-born American, no matter if in the U.S. or its territories/possessions ("jus soli") OR abroad ("jus sanguinis").

*contrary to popular belief, U.S. military bases, including the Panama Canal Zone, are NOT considered 'sovereign U.S. soil'

*no parent can renounce their minor child's U.S. citizenship

*there is NO prohibition about dual citizenship/dual passports for Americans; it is only required that if an American re-enters the U.S. from abroad, that they utilize their U.S. passport to do so

*there is NO requirement that a President be born IN the United States nor ON U.S. soil (i.e., NOT in the Constitution anywhere: read it!)

-- for example, Mitt Romney's father ( George Romney) also ran for President as a Republican; he was born in Mexico; both his parents were Americans; Mitt Romney, as the son of a Mexican-born American father, was also qualified to be President NOT on his say-so, but by reason and by virtue of his birth and heritage: American parentage. The same is true for McCain: born in Panama of American parents.

ASSUME that Obama was born in Kenya (I do not believe it, but assume it for the sake of argument): his mother, being a natural-born American, born in Kansas, is all that's needed for Obama to be a natural-born American. So face it: he could've been born on the moon, but his mom's heritage makes him a natural-born American. Period.

The endless whiny repetition of some vague but oft-repeated half-baked scurrilous urban myth doesn't make it true. People are taking as a matter of faith that what some ga-ga wingnut neener-neener wacko bonker bananas windmill-tilters like Berg, Keyes and Donofrio say is true, factual and real. It's not. So what happens to the all that energy and faith that their believers have expended when this highly touted yet-meritless bogus "case" is tossed out of the Supreme Court? What will The Great Unwashed believe THEN? Weeping? Wailing?

You also have to ask yourself this: do you REALLY believe that the CIA, NSA, NRO, Secret Service, DIA, Pentagon, White House, etc., are giving daily Intelligence and Security briefings to Obama if he weren't qualified? The alternative, then, is to believe that Bush, Cheney, Gates, Chertoff and ALL of the Intelligence and Security agencies of the U.S. Government are committing fraud AND treason by sharing State Secrets...now, you have to ask yourself: is that even remotely possible? And NOBODY, not even one anonymous person, hasn't leaked it? That whole scenario strains credulity.

I worked for a Presidential Chief-of-Staff (NOT as a Government employee, but privately as an Independent Contractor, pre-9/11) about 20 years ago (no, I won't say which one or when). Before I could visit him for the first time in the White House, I had to be interviewed by Secret Service officers, who photographed me, fingerprinted me and then did an extensive background check on me, from my old neighbors, schools, Army records including my Vietnam service, previous employers, Social Security, birth information, etc etc etc. And keep this in mind: I provided them with my Army ID number, my Soc Sec number, my school attendance info, etc. They did NOT "take me at my word," they actually did field investigations to VERIFY that official records agreed what I had told them. That investigation took a month and I was only VISITING the West Wing; imagine the look-see that a 4-year "permanent resident" is put through IN ADVANCE.

NOW: do you think that they would do any LESS for someone in Obama's position? If none of that convinces you, then we are living in parallel universes, mine being the one that coincides with everyone else's reality except the conspiracy theorists'. I'm comfortable with my world: are "the others" really 100% sure and secure about theirs?

The courts will uphold the constitution against minorities. Meaning that they'll uphold the right of a black man to become President in the face of incredible bigotry from a minority.

He'll probably be thrown out AFTER he actually gets in to office [STUPID], and probably about the same time that the neo Nazis get thrown off the Internet for pretending they have any sort of opinion about today's government that they didn't acquire by parking their fat asses in front of Fox News for five minutes every evening, which is how much time it takes for them to wolf down their Hungry Man Meals, which were probably prepared by fully respectable minorities, just like the TV they confide in for every bit of advice they live their lives by.

It use to be given the court would uphold the foundation of the u.s. however now we have to HOPE they still do & find the appeals to them valid & withstamding.. So I figure soon !!..
