Noo. I can't sleep with noise unless it's rain or something natural.
I get a good night's sleep when I've got my electric blanket, a pitch-black room and no noise in the house.
And in the summer when I have my window open and a warm breeze coming through and have fresh air in my room. I lived in an apartment for the longest time when my room didn't have any windows so I don't take fresh air for granted.

I have an LED night light and a fan in my room. i have roommates so I sleep with the door closed and I need light, and the fan helps to drown out the noise they make.

I like to have the ceiling fan on (lowest speed), and I have the clock radio timed to play for an hour when I go to bed. It plays soft classical music and that really helps.
