IP address queries : changing IP address, dynamic, forum?
I’m worried I may get banned from a forum in the future. Assuming they will block the IP address. Is there anyway I can change my IP address?
Some say turn off router for 5mins then it renews IP address, some say try the ipconfig/release method http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2yvLXQDgAo
and some have said that you can never change IP address.
I have an o2 20meg wireless service, I think it has dynamic IP, but I’m not sure. If it is dynamic will I have to change it?

sure, just install hotspot shield and run it before going to the forum, don't forget to turn it off when you're done.
