Older cassette tape Melody Beattie, The Language of Letting go?
I used to own a cassette tape called The Language of Letting Go, by Melody Beattie, where there are 3 "visual meditations" read on each side of the tape.... things like imagining you are floating down a river on a raft, etc. etc. I have either lost it or loaned it to someone and not received it back. Does anyone have a copy I could purchase?

Hi, thanks for the Amazon link; but these are usually books, or books read on tapes or CD's. I used to have a Cassette which ONLY had the meditations on - six altogether... but about ten or more years ago.... still keeping my fingers crossed I'll find one somehwere :-)

I have been looking for the same meditation series it also has inner child work, and listening to her talking helps with the healing I wish I could find the cassettes, or CD' s
