How to enable cookies on yahoo?

How do I enable cookies on yahoo? I keep getting message saying they are not enabled.

    If you are using IE go to tools > internet options > privacy and make sure the level is medium.

    If you are using Firefox go to tools > options > privacy and check the cookies options.

    Also make sure you do not have an anti spyware program that is deleting the cookies.
