Does anyone else think MNF is becoming unwatchable?

And I'm not talking about the butchering job that Rodger Goodell is trying to put on the league either.

Seriously.  Stewart Scott and Ron Jawarski are bad enough, blathering on about nothingness as the game goes on, calling the game as if it's an annoyance that is interrupting their ever imperative conversation, mentioning the same worthless subplot, stat, or anecdote ad nauseum... but then you throw in either Joe Theisman or Tony Kornheiser and WOW.  

Do we really have to add in this political crap from Tony Kornheiser that barely knows what he's talking about with football? It was bad at first with his overly flower and emotional diatribes that he would go on to begin the football game, even though they always had a femanine ring, I'd let them go.  But now he's totally out of controll IMO. First it was the Steelers/Redskins game the night of the election when Kornheiser ADMiTTED that he came in with the intention of talking about how great Jason Campbell is and even tried to talk them up until the later part of the game when it was obvious that they were unable to do anything against the Steelers.  Then it was that ridiculous half-time show with McCain and Obama with those totally worthless questions right before the election. 

Now we have to sit here and let Tony Kornheiser try to interview Drew Rosenhaus while talking over him, giving his opinion on the 2nd amendment, not listening to the responses to his questions, and talking over everyone who tries to get a word in edge-wise.

Gag me with a spoon.  Can we just agree to go to the broadcast of the home team with the away teams broadcast on Second Audio Programming?

ESPN has killed Monday Night Football. It's pathetic now.

Kornheiser is a joke. He's great on PTI, but Monday Night Football is one of the worst places he could be at.  Jaws is good on Sportscenter or NFL Live, but again, he isn't a very good commentator.  I never liked Tirico anyway.

The whole production seems kind of mediocre and bland as well.

I like Jaworski especially when he is using the telestrator. 
I totally agree with you about Kornheiser. He is an idiot and needs to find a new job (hopefully as far away from a camera as possible). He even makes Dennis Miller look good in the booth (I never thought that could happen). Theisman was irritating also.

Yeah I agree with you and everyone else.  They've turned it into some pathetic comedy routine between the commentators, whereas it should be about the football.  Bringing in Kornheiser was a huge mistake, I love him on PTI but when he's commentating he just rambles on and on.

Yeah, I hate it. They always argue like children, and the way they talk is annoying as crap. I love Kornheiser on PTI, but he sucks in the booth. And Stewart Scott is probably the most annoying man i've seen in my life

Who cares? It's just one more game, and frankly there are very few announcers in the NFL that don't annoy the hell out of me (I'm talking to you Troy Aikman and Joe Buck). MNF is becoming unwatchable because of the fact that I can't remember the last time there was actually a marquee matchup on MNF. I would have to go back to Dallas and Philly early in the season. But really, it's getting bad when I would rather watch the Colorado Avalanche and Minnesota Wild game on Versus over MNF. Seriously, even hockey is more entertaining.

Most of the time for MNF, I turn down the volume and listen to the radio guys. They can be annoying too when the games aren't that interesting. But they're still 100% better than the TV crew.

The worst has to be annoying interviews, but the aimless commentary is atrocious. It was a good game, but then you have Kornhole blathering about the B-B-Q scene from a movie. Somebody please duct tape his mouth for the rest of the year! Please?
