When I go to bend my wrist i see a small bump that feels like bone. What could be Wrong?

When i go to bend my wrist it doesn't bend as far as my other wrist.

and i do feel pain

    you need to see an orthopedist and get it evaluated.

    it depends on where this bump is. Everyone has a bone in the insides of their wrists that stick out when you bend your wrists outwards, that is very normal. Some peoples joints vary in flexibility for example I suffer from hypermobility and all of the joints on my left side are much more flexible than my right.

    Unless there is pain I see no reason for you to be worried about this.

    This is probably a ganglion cyst which is a small, hard area present on one of your tendons/ligaments in your wrist. Sometimes they can be tender to the touch, other times they cause no problems. You can go to WebMd abd read up on ganglion cysts and their treatment.

    it could be early arthritis. im 19 and i have arthritis.
