This question is a little random but what happens in America after the midwife discharges like after the 6 week postpartum checkup? Is there another professional that takes over the care and for example weighs the baby regularly, checks on the mothers mental health and observes for any child protection issues? I know how it works in the UK but I was just wondering about what happens in the USA?

I received a strange missed call on my mobile phone this evening, from a number with +8 at the beginning, I'm not sure if it was +8 or +85 or +852 (which I know is the country code for hong kong but I don't know anyone there) Does anyone know what this might be? I've tried calling it back but the line is busy, could it be a call center or spam call?

I am planning to make homemade truffles for my Aunt and Uncle this christmas. I have made truffles before with cream, chocolate and butter but because they have no shell they melt when they are out of the refrigerator.

Does anyone have any recipes for truffles that do not melt easily as they have to travel a long way on the train to get back home after christmas? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I visited my elderly grandmother yesterday and noticed that the tips of her fingers (from the knuckle up) were a dark color blue. She wasnt in any pain her temperature was normal and the temperature of the house was normal. The weather here outsdide if not yet cold. Does anyone know what this could be?

I am travelling to Canada where the voltage is 110 valts. The adaptor of my laptop works between 100 - 240 valts. Do I need a voltage adaptor of will it work with just a normal travel adaptor? When I use appliances such as hair dryer there previously they have worked, will my laptop be the same?
