Depends on where in Texas you are flying from. If you are flying direct from Dallas or Houston to Richmond, it is close to 2 hours and 40 minutes. You need to factor in that you have to be at the airport at least an hour and a half early to check into the flight and then the added time leaving the airport in Virginia.
