When using a title and name in Japanese?

Is it proper to use the name or title first?

Sensei John or John Sensei?

    Name always precedes the title. In this case, John-sensei (ジョン先生) is correct.

    I prefer John Sensei is the proper way of saying it.

    The honorific titles e.g: -sensei, -san, -sama, etc always come after the name.
