Is it because I upset the little Troll & now he has his little panties in a twist because he was asking the same question 15,000 times & the little Troll blocked me?

Yes, the little troll got his panties in a knot and blocked you. That's kind of funny. Go block him, too. You don't have to go to the question, just see where it's listed in your profile (if you answered it) or in the category where it was posted and click the troll's user name. That takes you to the troll's profile and, once there, hover your mouse over the troll's avatar and you can then block him.
Petty, yes, but very fun. I do it myself when they block me.
