Almost in every region regional news being telecast from EL TV in local languages as well in hindi and english.Besides this in almost every big cities local cables operator showings the local news.

Further the official DD is also showing daily news in other languages etc.

Yes all states have their local language news plus the regular Hindi & English language news. Bombay has several language news channels. True you need a dish or set top box to get the plethora of channels including news. It's all there, in fact not including Doordarshan there are 20 Plus News channels at least at it's 24 X 7

Yes, they have almost in every language including Hindi. In Kerala u have Surya and Asianet, in Tamil, Jaya and Surya, in Telungu you have Surya or its sister concern... every language has regional news programs
