How to get rid of a rust spot on a car?
I noticed I have a tiny rust spot on my car. It is really small, but I fear that the paint will continue to chip off (it is on the door jam) and get bigger. I have a paint touch up pen, would that work? or would it just rust through? What is the best way to get rid of it?

Buy a bottle of Coca Cola. Just the regular coke. That always worked for me in the past when I wanted to remove rust from bikes, wagons, etc. No other soda works.

It will rust through if you just paint it, you can get rid of it by sanding it and putting whats called bondo you can buy it at walmart but then you have to sand down the bondo nice and smooth and paint over it. I suggest you have someone who knows how to do that stuff do it. Or if you have the money take it to a auto body shop and get a free estimate to see how much it will cost to fix.
