Its hard to tell, because if you tried to get back with her and she said no, she's probably over you, but then again, if she's young its hard to tell, you have to ask to really find out, and also, if you like her don't ignore her, when you see her say hi, and leave it at that, at least be resectful to her so that she knows you don't hate her.
