what is this movie??????????

ok this movie has Morgan Freeman in it, and its about this crazy high school were people are constantly getting beaten up and crap and like its really bad.... morgan freeman comes in as the principal and takes over.... i was watching tv and i couldnt figure out what it was!!!! gosh it bothering me!! plz help!!

    Lean On Me- he plays a principal from Paterson, NJ. I can't remember his name and it is driving me crazy.
