Whats wrong with my wrist?
Every time i bend my left wrist i see a small bump and when i bend my wrist it hurts. A lot of time i will here a cracking sound when i try to bend it. Does anyone know what could be wrong with my wrist. it has been hurts when i bend it for a few days.

You might have ruptured a tendon or broken your wrist. Get to a doctor and have it checked out, and I would recommend trying to keep it immobilized until you can get to the doctor and get a diagnosis. Good luck!
