Have a buyer on ebay and media mail just poped into my head. There brand new sealed dvds if that matters. does anyone know if I can send it with usps media mail? thanks in advance.

That depends on what you are actually sending, your surety the recipient is of legal age, and where you are actually sending it. Different states have different laws, you'll need better answers than what you'll get here. Try USPS.gov and check the restricted items listings.

Technically such activities are illegal but unlikely would face any prosecution. Such behgan under the Comstock Law of 1873. Does that tell you anything about modern views on smut? P.S. Technically, all these subscribers are criminals (when ordering through the mail).
