A girl can go about 3 months before not having a period can be of concern whether it's because of pregnancy or irregular periods due to hormone imbalances.
One of the symptoms that may be an indication of pregnancy is if she starts to feel warm or even sick to her stomach.
However, I would recommend checking with your doctor as well for further clarification of the situation to see what they say.
