What happens when you miss a court date?

If someone miss a court date and they send out a bench warrant is there anyway for the issue to be resolved other than going to jail? Maybe talk to the prosecutor? The charge is a misdemeanor

    A missed court date does not have a bond.

    Unless you can convince the court clerk and schedule a hearing, you will be arrested. That is unlikely, as you already missed one court date already.

    you mite be issued a bench warrant. If a cop runs your name your going to jail...better take care of it...
