terrorist SUSPECTS have rights like all people, as long as their suspects they still have the same rights as everyone else on this planet, but if they are found guilty by solid evidence then, in my opinion, they have no rights at all. Some may disagree and say that human rights are for all humans, if mass murderers in prison have human rights, then so should terrorist suspects.
i hope this helps :) try to put more detail in the above paragraph.
by the way, what is PACE?

I think it depends on the situation.
The attack already happened and you have your suspects in custody. You still have to prove them to be guilty and they deserve their rights. Just because you have a few suspects, that doesn't mean you should stop searching for other potential suspects. And it doesn't really matter how long it takes to determine if they are guilty or innocent since the attack already happened.
now if you are aware an attack is about to happen and you have some suspects in custody. If the value of a human life is equal....then logically the value of 1 human life is less than that of 1000's. Human rights can be put on hold in this situation i think.

Well terrorists if found guilty have no rights at all since they took away the right for people to live in peace and took many lives!
However some innocent people do get arrested as suspected terrorists. I think suspected terrorists should be locked up and interrogated but not violently.

Look, this is what i've learned
In islamic tradition there's no imprisonment.
except in some instances 40 days to 4 seasons with minimal sustenance.
Otherwise, the law that applies is
1- Eye for an eye(decided by the family of the victim)
2- Payment (again decided by the family of the victim)
3- Forgiveness ( again decided by the victim, this one is highly recommended for anyone who has made mistakes, because Allah SWT says Cover others' mistakes so that your mistakes might be overlooked.)
And Ultimately Judgement belongs to Allah Subhana Wa Teala!

I believe that you are innocent until proven guilty so you should be treated with respect as an innocent citizen until you have been proven guilty by a jury of your fellow peers, BUT I also believe that if you are found guilty you should lose all your human rights and should be treated with contempt for the scum they are because you didn't take into consideration the human rights of the people that you killed

Terrorist have rights...the right to be imprisoned and stay there. They should not be treated inhumanly, but they also do not need to be given any privileges.
