I'm burnt out on sandwiches for lunch! What else is a quick and healthy option that will leave me full?
I'm loosing weight for my wedding (which isn't until September, but I have a lot to go). I have already lost a good amount of weight, but I just don't think I can choke down another lunch of eating a sandwich. What else is healthy and filling for lunch?!

Tuna you can do sandwiches or salad
Salads, chicken, garden, Ceasar, etc.
Soups
Hard Boiled Eggs
Grilled Chicken breasts
Steamed Veggies
Raw Veggies with Dip, ranch, hummus, etc
BLT sandwich with NO mayo
Grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, in a salad or on bread
Pasta, whole wheat, you can do it with garlic and olive oil
Fish, you can pan sear it and add some lemon
Make your own chicken tenders, cut chicken breasts into strips and
bake them and then save them for the next day for lunch.
Fruit Salad, put all the fruits you like in 1 bowl, sprinkle some lemon
juice so they don't turn brown, toss, and put away for lunch. Very
filling!
Pizza, it's healthy too! You can make different versions of it.
Roast beef sandwich, roast beef is a lean meat, and healthy! Or you
can have it on a plate with some steamed veggies!
Omelet
Scrambled Eggs
I hope some of these ideas help, and Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMPqQ
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

particular, t is somewhat healthful. although, peanut butter has a tendency to reason kidney stones. why not make a lunchmea and cheese sandwich besides. Or tuna. a time-honored %. of lunch meat, you may get approximately 2 weeks of sandwiches out of using a million piece of meat, and a million piece of cheesee.
