with most species of spider,the male goes through the typical
growth process to maturity.
they go the rest of their life seeking females to mate with.
should he survive copulation 'rituals',it will seek out another mate.
during mating season (active time of year) the males are often seen
wandering,searching for a mate.
males rarely live much beyond adulthood. ie: the male rose tarantula
lives on average 3to 4 years. the female,can live up to 20 years.
