doesnt derrick rose's game remind you of jordan's?

now before anyone freaks out. im just talking about michael jordan in 84-85 and around that time. im talking about rookie jordan. think about it

both players are explosive guards

both of them could get to the rim at will

both of them have crazy mid-range game

both of them lacked the 3-pt shot

both of them can score in bunches

im not by any means saying that derrick rose is like michael jordan. all im saying is that both their game's were similar even though they played different positions

Update:

guys calm down. i know derrick rose might never be MJ. im just showing some similarities between them

You all may or may not agree with me, but this is what i think. I very much agree with that. I was raised in the late 80s early 90s and i still think that their games are similar. Jordan is self explanatory in terms of taking over games, and Rose is starting to show that he can do that just as well. Notwithstanding that, Rose is a phenomenal talent and he will be fantastic in the future, but to reach Air Jordan's status is just too far away for him to attain.

Derrick Rose's game reminds me of the old school style of play. When he dribbles and moves around at the point he looks so old school and it brings back some memories. That's a similarity he holds with a bunch of people from when Jordan played.

I am a huge bulls fan but I dont see the similarities. I love rose being a game changer for us and having the abillity to take over and be a leader.

I guess you can say I see the similarities in the leadership category but thats about it.

Never say that again. MJ is the man. Derrick Rose will never be MJ. You are only saying that because they both play for the Bulls. You don't know what your talking about.

They only look similar because he is playing for the Bulls. He reminds me more of a younger Baron Davis or Steve Francis.

rose is the main suitable participant AT THIS degree OF HIS profession. jordan grew into himself. he became solid at UNC. he became ok whilst he broke into the league. he became on a solid team with some super gamers and in simple terms did not slot in. yet ...... after approximately 4-5 years, he became MJ and on his thank you to being the main suitable participant of all time. rose has been greater effective early yet jordan he isn't! there rose - prepare me incorrect ....... in case you could
